This gypsum board stand machine is engineered to cut secondary gypsum boards for use as stack supports. The machine delivers high efficiency, produces clean finishes, and operates dust-free.

Automatic Gypsum Board Strip Cutting Machine with adjustable width and high precision for drywall plasterboard strip slitting in gypsum processing factories.

Equipped with high hardness cutting blades, the machine avoids gypsum board breakage and edge damage. The dunnage making machine processes defective gypsum boards into 100mm wide slats. These slats are folded and serve as footings for gypsum board stacks.

Full automatic line integrates feeding, gluing, slitting and stacking, requiring only one worker, which greatly reduces labor costs for gypsum manufacturers.
